Recipe: Lactation-Friendly Choc Bliss Balls

A quick, no-bake snack, these little guys are packed with nutrient-dense and lactation-friendly ingredients.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 12-15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast

  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder

  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
